1. Commercial Trade Terms

All spot prices displayed on Mineralsbuy represent indicative benchmark rates EXW (Ex-Works) or CIF as explicitly stated. Final contracts and commercial invoices are executed between verified sellers and procurement buyers.

2. Assay Specification Standards

Quality parameters for Silico Manganese, Ferro Manganese, Ferro Silicon, and other mineral grades adhere to Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) or NABL certified testing certificates.

3. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

Any trade disputes arising from marketplace facilitation are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
